When anxiety or anger creeps in like a secret assassin, when you suddenly feel overcome by your emotion, remember:
This is not the end of the world. This is not your failure in any way. This is not even a sign you are going backward. This only means that you are human, with the capacity to feel, to cry, to laugh, to experience life fully.
So, stop resisting the feeling that you might label as bad, just like you wouldn't call a flower pretty or ugly, nor judge a cloud for its darkness. They simply are.
Instead, sit with the emerging emotion as it flows through you. Watch it come and go effortlessly, like clouds in the sky, breeze in the forest, or waves on the sea.
Verily, this act of not resisting, of not forcing anything to disappear, is a deep trust in nature's universal law, a profound connection to what lies beyond your physical form, known as intuition, spirit, true essence, or as I like to call it, LOVE.
